Certification process

1) Filing an application for certification of a management system.

2) Providing background information for evaluating the management system.

3) Conducting an audit.

An audit of management systems consists of the following steps:

- The first stage is the preparation of an audit program. The stage includes: collecting the necessary information; determining goals, areas and criteria, as well as audit methods. In addition, an audit team is being formed.

- The second stage is an audit. This stage includes: analysis of documents, drawing up an audit plan, conducting an on-site audit and holding a final meeting.

- The third stage is the completion of the audit. During the stage, an audit report is prepared and sent, which contains information on the degree of compliance with the audit criteria. Also, the audit report usually includes recommendations for improvement, corrective, preventive actions.

Based on the audit results, a certification decision is made. If the audit showed that the company meets the certification requirements, then it will be recommended for certification. The certification body will issue a certificate of compliance with a validity period of 3 years. Certificate - documentary evidence of a successful audit.
